Description

Happen in Eclipse 4.27 with latest Java 20 Patch Plugin P20230322-0620 installed.

Open the API Documentation in Javadoc, e.g. by pressing Shitf+F2 while Cursor ist on a Java API Type like List. Then the documentstion is shown without style, i.e., it looks like the css file is ignored:

Setting Eclipse to an external Browser, e.g. the system default, then this browser shows the documentation as desired. Also the Dokumenation of Java <= 19 is show correctly with the internal browser.

I am not quit sure if I found the right repository here for this issue. Please feel free to remove the issue to another one.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by opening API Documentation with Shift+F2 in Eclipse 4.27 using Java 20, then compare the embedded internal browser with an external browser and Java 19 or earlier. Trace how the embedded browser loads the Javadoc CSS; done means Java 20 API documentation renders with its styles in the internal browser.
