Description and example text rows in generated spreadsheet should be a smaller and consistent height

In the spreadsheet generator the 2nd and 3rd rows that contain descriptive and example text are often a lot taller than they need to be to contain the text. This feedback was given by @gabsie and she thinks it is ok for the text to be cut off for some columns but the height should be smaller. For direct feedback on the appropriate height consult gabs.
