As reported in #5 and https://github.com/dotnet/fsharp/issues/17288 it seems like when using `ContinuousIntegrationBuild` then `__SOURCE_DIRECTORY` doesn't work as expected.
It seems like F# can't be fixed, so to help people diagnostic this problem we should try to detect the pattern and report a tips.
