Description
I will create a "Principles" document and pass it to be reviewed by @astynax and @proofit404
Any discussions before this document is merged are more than welcome!
After it is merged, I would love to enforce RFC process to make significant changes to it.
It does not mean that code changes must go through the RFC process, just this core values description is guarded by it.
