Descrizione

The root of my issue report is that the VS Code Dracula theme does not distinguish between member variables and local variables:

The Dracula theme for **Visual Studio** does support this:

The colors and styling also do not match between the two which is why I am unsure if C++ is even supported for the VS Code theme.

-----

Microsoft's official Dark themes for both Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code both distinguish between member variables and local variables.

Their [theme extension itself](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscode.cpptools-themes) mentions that the ability for VS Code themes to do this was added in an update in 2019.

I much prefer Dracula to Microsoft's Dark theme, but I'd like it to match across IDEs.
