Description
If a breakpoint is triggered, callbacks for audio/video appear to be queued up leading to the exhaustion of system memory and eventually a reboot due to a watchdog timeout.
Reproduction Steps
Run the following with a webcam attached on MacCatalyst:

Expected behavior
Breakpoint triggers and app execution is paused with no growth in memory usage.
Actual behavior
Application memory usage grows rapidly until the system become unresponsive and reboots from a watchdog timeout.
