Description
The contents of ILCompiler runtime package include multiple libclrjit_* binaries:

These are all compatible with the host platform (linux-x64), differing only in the target architecture they generate code for.
It seems feasible to consolidate these into a single composite library libclrjit_linux_x64.so that takes the target info as part of its API. Since the majority of logic is shared and the ABI/codegen differences are relatively minor, the resulting binary could be significantly smaller than the sum of the current separate files.
Aside from faster dotnet-restore, nuget package hosting is billed per GB in Azure DevOps so these size savings would also reduce hosting costs.
