### Repro Steps:
Prerequisites: Use Magnifier at 400% with DPI scaling at 100% and resolution at 1280 x 1024px.

1. Launch visual studio.
2. Create a new .NET project or open an existing .NET project.
3. Right-click on the project in the solution explorer and Add > Machine Learning.
4. Tab till scenario and select a scenario.
5. Select training environment (Select local(CPU).
6. Tab till next step and press enter, "select file from the data source type and add a file".
7. Tab till next step and press enter.
8. Train screen will open, tab till advanced training options and press enter.
9. Verify that When using the magnifier in reflow mode, the user has to scroll back and forth to view the content.

### Actual Result:
When using the magnifier in reflow mode, the user has to scroll back and forth to view the content.
### Expected Result:
Content should reflow within a 320px viewport without requiring horizontal scrolling. This includes wrapping long lines of text and ensuring UI elements don’t overlap or truncate.
### User Impact:
Users who use screen magnifiers may miss important information if content is cut off or hidden, and may become frustrated having to move back and forth to view everything.
