Named Entity Recognition csv import bug

I created a new ml model and I select "Named Entity Recognition"
I tried with several files, including sample files on Microsoft but all I get is this error message.

Invalid file type. This file will not be used. Try selecting another file (.txt).

The error messages in this file selection are not informative. I dont understand if the problem is UTF header, or seperator or anything else. Which line? or is it a quote problem or does it expect a fixed column header...?

But it is certain the file type is correct. I gave it a txt file.

I tried it with several versions of visual studio including 2022, and latest preview.
Please provide a sample 3 line txt file in this dialog to make it clear or add informative error messages.
