Missing c#-Item 'Machine Learning Model (ML.NET)'

- Clear description of the problem:
in Solution Explorer > Add > 'Machine Learning Model..' is visible,
but in Add New Item dialog, 'Machine Learning Model (ML.NET)' is not shown.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '.Solution Explorer'
2. RightClick on Project
3. Cick on 'Machine Learning Model.. '
4. error: in 'Add new Item' no 'Machine Learning Model (ML.NET)'-item does exist!
