### Repro Steps:
**Prerequisites:**
Install latest Visual Studio 2022 with at least one of the .NET workloads (ASP.NET and web development, .NET desktop development, or .NET Core cross-platform development) and/or the ML.NET Model Builder component selected.

Launch visual studio.

1. Create a new .NET project or open an existing .NET project.
2. Right-click on the project in the solution explorer and Add > Machine Learning.
3. Tab till scenario and select a scenario.
4. Select training environment (Select Azure).
5. Tab till next step and press enter, "select file from the data source type and add a file".
6. Tab till train and start training.
7. Error will appear in the model builder dialog.
8. Verify that Additional tab key strokes are needed to navigate from the Close button to the Open log file link in the model builder error dialog.

### Actual Result:
Additional tab key strokes are needed to navigate from the Close button to the Open log file link in the model builder error dialog. Here the focus is going to text which is not visible.

### Expected Result:
There should not be extra tab key stroke required i.e after pressing tab from close button should directly move to open log file link and should not move to the text.

### User Impact:
Keyboard and screen reader users will face difficulty navigating to the training setup summary button as it requires an extra keystroke. This negatively impacts users by making navigation less efficient and reducing the overall accessibility of the application.

Reproduziere den Fehlerdialog in Visual Studio mithilfe der aufgeführten ML.NET Model Builder-Schritte und überprüfe anschließend die Reihenfolge des Tastaturfokus im Dialog.
