### Repro Steps:
Prerequisites:
Install latest Visual Studio 2022 with at least one of the .NET workloads (ASP.NET and web development, .NET desktop development, or .NET Core cross-platform development) and/or the ML.NET Model Builder component selected.

1. Launch visual studio.
2. Create a new .NET project or open an existing .NET project.
3. Press context menu on the project in the solution explorer and Add > Machine Learning.
4. Tab till scenario and select a scenario.
5. Select training environment (Select local(CPU).
6. Tab till next step and press enter, "select file from the data source type and add a file".
7. Tab till advanced data options and press enter.
8. Tab till Column settings and press enter.
9. When pressing the TAB and Shift+TAB key from the "Escape Character" edit field, the keyboard focus gets trapped and does not move to the next control.

### Actual Result:
When pressing the TAB and Shift+TAB key from the "Escape Character" edit field, the keyboard focus gets trapped and does not move to the next control.

### Expected Result:
When we press the Tab key after the "Escape Character" edit field, the keyboard focus should move to the next element. If we press Shift+Tab, the focus should move to the previous control.

### User Impact:
Users who rely on screen readers and keyboard will find it difficult to navigate the dialog as they won’t be able to move the focus away from the Escape Character. This is a major hindrance in performing tasks efficiently.

Riprodurre il problema in Visual Studio 2022 tramite ML.NET Model Builder > Advanced data options > Column settings, quindi portare il focus sul campo "Escape Character". Esaminare il comportamento della navigazione da tastiera della finestra di dialogo e verificare che Tab raggiunga il controllo successivo e che Shift+Tab raggiunga il controllo precedente senza intrappolare il focus.
