Cannot pass 'Add data' step

- Model Builder or CLI Version: Microsoft.ML.ModelBuilder.Gallery.Dev17-1.vsix on VS 2022
- Visual Studio Version (if applicable): 17.12.4

**Describe the bug**
- On which page of the tutorial did you run into an issue (URL): Add data
- Clear description of the problem: Once I selected yelp_labelled.txt as a data source (a file type ), it was loaded in Data Preview. However, 'Column to predict' was empty. I typed in 'col1' there. After that, 'Next step' button was stayed disabled - I could not proceed to the next step ("Advanced data options...' were disabled too).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Add Data'
2. Leave 'File' data source type selected
3. Click on 'Browse...' button
4. Navigate to and chose the downloaded and extracted file - yelp_labelled.txt
5. 'Data Preview' will show the first 10 rows of the file in two columns, with column names: 'col0' and 'col1'
6. Click to unfold 'Column to predict (Label)' - the drop down list is empty.
7. Type in 'col1' in the dropdown list entry box
8. 'Next step' button is disabled - cannot move further.
