**Describe the bug**

The default selected options are not selected when re-open the "Advanced options" dialog.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Create a new project from the Visual Studio start window.
2. Choose the C# Console App (.NET Core) project template.
3. Add model builder by right click on the project.
4. Select any scenario.
5. On the Data page, choose the data source and go to "Advanced options -> Data formatting" dialog.
6. At this time, the default selected options are selected.
7. Close and re-open the "Advanced options" dialog and got to "Data formatting" tab.
8. You will see that the default selected options are not selected.

**Expected behavior**
The default selected options should be selected when re-open the "Advanced options" dialog.
