### Environment Details

Application Name: Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 (64-bit) - Current
Version 17.6.2
Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.22621 Build 22621

### Prerequisite

Open Setting, Tab till System enter and Tab till display press enter
Set the machine’s target resolution to 1280*768.
Scaling to 200%

### Repro Steps

1. Launch the Visual Studio with at least one of the .NET workload.
2. Tab till enable ML.NET Model Builder (Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Preview Features) and select it.
3. Create a new .NET project or open an existing .NET project.
4. Open context menu(Right-click) of the project in the solution explorer.
5. Tab till Add and then tab till Machine Learning Model and press enter.
6. Model Builder dialog will open. Tab till Scenario tab.
7. Select Scenario screen will appear.
8. Tab till "Object Detection" and press enter.
9. Verify whether the contents present in the right side of the "Object detection" scenario screen is getting truncated after applying resize i.e zooming or not.

### Actual Result

The contents present in the right side of the "Object detection" scenario screen is getting truncated after applying resize i.e zooming.

### Note:

Similar issue observed throughout the application.

### Expected Result

The contents present in the right side of the "Object detection" scenario screen should not truncate after applying resize i.e zooming

### User Impact

Low vision user will not be able to get the information regarding the content which is present in the right side of the scenarios screen.

Reproduziere das Problem unter Tools > Options > Environment > Preview Features, indem du ML.NET Model Builder aktivierst, und öffne dann den Model Builder-Dialog sowie dessen Bildschirm Scenario > Object Detection bei 1280×768 und 200 % Skalierung. Untersuche den Inhalt auf der rechten Seite und das damit verbundene Größenänderungsverhalten; als erledigt gilt dies, wenn nach dem Zoomen alle Szenarioinformationen ohne Abschneiden sichtbar bleiben.
