Remove dependency of internal nuget packages

The following nuget package is not publicly available because of some policy.
- 'Microsoft.Developer.IdentityService.Client'

This package is used to get the current User in Visual studio along with AAD token which model builder can use for accessing Azure resources. An alternative package that is public available is [Azure identity client library](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/overview/azure/identity-readme#examples).
