Support specifying catalog for table mapping

Start with the query from WebApplication1\Controllers\IdentsController.cs:33 and the Microsoft.Data.Entity relational command stack shown in the report. Reproduce the cross-database table mapping with SQL Server and trace how the table name is quoted; done means catalog-qualified mappings work without invalid angle brackets, with a regression test covering the generated name.

I need to access a Table from another database located in the same server, so I did specify its location in the table name but this do not work.

The problem are the angled brackets put in the name of the table. Can I avoid inserting this brackets into the table name?
