Research direction

Start by locating Microsoft.Data.Sqlite call sites that invoke sqlite3.raw and review existing tracing or debugging conventions. Confirm how SQL sent through Dapper reaches those calls, then define and test trace output that exposes it without changing execution.

Description

I'd like to be able to get some debug output of what's actually being sent to the database, especially when using an ORM like Dapper. I suspect you could add some strategic Trace.Write calls before calling sqlite3.raw.
