GridView supports Insert (on .NET 3.5)? It does not appear too contradicting documentation.

The following statement above seems incorrect: "When the ObjectDataSource object is associated with a data-bound control, such as the GridView control, it is not necessary to call the Insert method from page code. The Insert method is invoked directly by the data-bound control instead."

In C#.NET 3.5, Adding ShowInsertButton="true" to a GridView results in a "New" button - but it does nothing, and in OnRowCommand returns CommandName of "New" - not "Insert".
If Insert is supported in newer .NET builds - Please Update the Applies to field, and/or adjust the statement to reflect this.
