Socket.ReceiveMessageFrom seems is not implement in Xamarin.Android

It is an almost empty method in Mono, totally different from .NET framework one:


So, what I recommend is removeing at least Xamarin.Android from the Apply list. Or mention it hasn't been implemented in Xamarin.Android (I guess the whole Mono hasn't done it, but not sure)

Start with the Socket.ReceiveMessageFrom API entry point and compare the Xamarin.Android/Mono behavior shown in the issue with the .NET Framework documentation. Verify whether Xamarin.Android is implemented before updating the applicability list or documenting the missing implementation; done means the platform guidance accurately reflects the observed behavior.
