Question regarding Remarks section

IsReadOnly just has a "get" access method yet the Remarks section instructs "Set the IsReadOnly property to true to make an individual cell read-only."
I would indeed like to make a cell read only. How is it possible to set the value of IsReadOnly to True.
I had set IsEnabled to False but that prevents me from selecting the GridRow that the cell in question is on or from scrolling past that row if I'm in that same column.
