File 'Accessibility-version.dll' not found or not a PE file

An attempt to backport to `///` fails with the following error:

For the time being I've disabled the diagnostics as follows, but there should be a better way to ignore this error:

Commencez dans Libraries/ToTripleSlashPorter.cs, autour de la gestion des diagnostics près des lignes commentées de Log.Finished et de l’exception. Reproduisez le problème avec la commande ToTripleSlashPorter fournie et examinez comment l’échec de Accessibility.ilproj est signalé. Le travail sera terminé lorsque ce diagnostic concernant l’Accessibility-version.dll manquante ou invalide pourra être traité sans désactiver globalement le signalement des diagnostics.
