Add XML documentation for smaller namespaces (Other)

These **59 namespaces** are tracked here. Imported **73** exact matches in [five commits](https://github.com/dotnet/android-api-docs/compare/b8e1b0466...a975d2125); **618** placeholders remain where the importer reported no safe exact source mapping (1,128 blocker records).

- 2026-09-10: Opened progress PR [#676](https://github.com/dotnet/android-api-docs/pull/676) for the 73 exact official-source imports. The issue remains open pending resolution of the 618 conservatively blocked placeholders.

Choose a namespace from the issue and run the provided PowerShell rg command against docs\xml, excluding docs\xml\index.xml. Review the matching To be added entries and the official-reference importer results; done means resolving the tracked placeholders, with progress documented alongside PR #676.
