Add XML documentation for Android.Widget.Inline

The `Android.Widget.Inline` namespace contains **37** `To be added` placeholders in source XML documentation (excluding `docs\xml\index.xml`).

从 docs\xml 开始，运行 issue 的 ripgrep 命令，以定位 Android.Widget.Inline 下剩余的 37 个 `To be added` 占位符，并排除 docs\xml\index.xml。检查周围的源 XML 文档，并将每个占位符替换为适当的参考文本。当扫描在指定 namespace 中不再找到占位符时，即表示完成。
