Add XML documentation for Android.Net.Nsd

The `Android.Net.Nsd` namespace contains **274** `To be added` placeholders in source XML documentation (excluding `docs\xml\index.xml`).

Example command:

从 docs\xml 开始，运行为 Android.Net.Nsd 提供的 ripgrep 命令，并检查匹配的 namespace 文件和 ns-Android.Net.Nsd.xml 文件。将 274 个 `To be added` 占位符替换为 XML 文档，但排除 docs\xml\index.xml；扫描结果应显示此 namespace 中没有剩余的占位符。
