Octonion support?

[Octonions](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octonion) are a relatively niche numerical system, next in the "real, complex, quaternion" sequence. However, they've found sporadic applications throughout mathematics, and happen to have connections to other exceptional objects. They'd make quite an interesting addition to a linear algebra library.

If this is considered in-scope to the project, I might be able to code a prototype.
