Outer product of `DVector`s?

Description
I couldn't find in the documentation if it's possible to do outer product of two `DVector`s. I see that it was supported in the early version `0.3.1` of the crate. However, it seems that it's gone from the current version. Is there a way to do outer product of two `DVector`'s with the current version of the crate?
