Fail to deploy from Windows

When trying to deploy in Windows, I receive the following error:
"Error: In packages\joke\joke: 'build.sh' won't run on this platform and no 'build.cmd' is provided"

Also tried with Ubuntu on Windows, the build.sh also fails:
"/bin/bash: ./build.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Failures:
Error: While deploying action 'joke/joke': './build.sh' exited with code 126"

Start by inspecting packages/joke/joke/build.sh and the deployment path that selects platform-specific build scripts. Reproduce the deployment on Windows and Ubuntu on Windows, then verify that the joke action deploys successfully without the reported build.sh or build.cmd errors.
