[Feature Request]: support eclipse formatter

### Describe the feature

i would like to see support for eclipse formatter because google formatter:

a) messes up /// and // formatting used by jbang :)
b) can't be configured with something I can use across all IDE's
c) its what I use in jbang so coupled with #10 could make easy formatting without relying on build specific limits.

Start in the spotless-cli implementation and read how the existing Google Java formatter support is exposed through the CLI. Determine the required Eclipse formatter input and configuration behavior, then verify that formatting works for the JBang directive examples described in the issue and remains usable across IDEs.
