Grab placeholder text from the page itself

Right now we hardcode the placeholder text, but we don't want to be responsible for localization

Start by locating where the placeholder text is hardcoded and where the editor reads page content. Confirm the change by checking that the placeholder is obtained from the page itself and no longer requires a localized hardcoded string.
