I can't register an ecc account.key

I tried to register an account key (ECC, using prime256v1), but the script said it was an invalid rsa key.

Start by reproducing the account-key registration flow with an ECC key using prime256v1 and compare it with an RSA key. Trace where the script validates or reports the key type; done means a valid ECC account key is accepted without being reported as an invalid RSA key.
