[BUG]: Background image not covering properly the home page

描述

**problem :**
_At the footer the background image should give full coverage, their shouldn't be no white blank space._

**Solution**
resize the background image

检查主页页脚的样式以及 issue 中显示的背景图片。在受影响的 viewport 尺寸下复现页面，然后调整背景的大小或位置，使页脚完全被图片覆盖且没有白色空白区域。在相关屏幕尺寸下验证结果。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
