Update documents to guidelines spec

With the new guidelines being merged, all of the documents for the Pterodactyl API (and a few of the Wings API documents) need updating to the specification:

- [ ] Server Installation
- [ ] Servers

Start by reading the merged guidelines specification and compare the checked Application and Client Account documents with it as current examples. Work through the unchecked Client and Remote entries, and consider the task done when each listed document follows the specification.
