Is memoize supposed to work on getters?

(tested in Typescript)

```
import { memoize } from 'decko';

class Stores(){
}

class Container {

@memoize
public get stores () {
return new Stores();
}
}

```

Throws an error:
`​​Invalid property descriptor. Cannot both specify accessors and a value or writable attribute, #​​`
