Cuda 11.7 fails to install

Hi I am running this devcontainer json:

Doing that sends the container into recovery mode.

The error log it gave me is:

It seems to default to the wrong cudnn version and I would expect it to pick a compatible one for cuda.

Start with the nvidia-cuda feature documentation and source at src/nvidia-cuda, using the supplied devcontainer.json and installation log as the reproduction. Check how cudaVersion 11.7 selects the cuDNN package version and verify the requested package is available. Done means the feature installs CUDA 11.7 with cuDNN without entering recovery mode.
