Dev Container Features: Taking User Input in PostCreateCommand

We're hosting our own internal dev container images and features, and it works great (good job!). However, there are some custom features we're making that require user input, and we're seeing some odd behavior.

First things first, is taking user input during the PostCreateCommand a supported operation? Is there any reason our bash scripts can't perform `read` during that step?

The behavior that we're seeing is when two separate features perform `read` in their PostCreateCommand script. The first feature works great and the user input is successfully processed. However, the second feature's `read` will always immediately exit when the user starts typing. This happens even if we flush the input buffer ahead of time.

Any ideas?
