**Describe the solution you'd like**
Write a grammar for the BADI language. Save it on the BADI-interpreter wiki. This will make writing the parser in BADI-bot/BADI-bot#7 much easier.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Grammar-as-you-go wasn't working out well.
