create_sse_subscription function is bugged - it will truncate events

I haven't gone back to fix the code but I realized today that the current code will truncate events instead of printing the full SSE event. My hacked solution to keep moving is below:

Finde create_sse_subscription und untersuche, wie das derzeitige auf requests basierende Streaming SSE-Zeilen und Ereignisgrenzen verarbeitet. Ersetze diesen Ansatz durch einen SSE-Listener und überprüfe anschließend, dass vollständige SSE-Ereignisse ohne Kürzung empfangen und ausgegeben werden.
