Exporting as a dot file (How to ?)

Greetings,

I am very much a begginer concerning SQLite and SQL in general; hence, please, bear with my very amateurish question:

While trying to export a query as a "dot file", I always receive the answer that this same "dot file" was not created.

Am I doing something wrong ? Which would be the command for exporting these kind of files ?
