Fix dbcliorg/mycli:latest on docker hub

`dbcliorg/mycli:latest` disappeared from docker hub and has been replaced by the wrongly spelled `dbcliorg/mycli:lastest`. Please note the extra `s` in la**s**test.
Please reupload a properly named image to docker hub :) Thanks!
