Concept set and Cohort name carry duplicate information

Description
In `summariseDrugUtilisation()` results, the Concept set and Cohort name contain the same information for a given cohort; the only difference is the extra "overall" value. Noticed this while reviewing OmopViewer's DrugUtilisation tab (OHDSI/OmopViewer#382). Is this intentional, or could it be simplified ?
