Can no longer view log and properties files in dark mode

## Bug Description

Cannot view log and properties files in dark mode any longer

## Steps To Reproduce

## Expected Behavior

Was able to see them just a week or so ago.

## Actual Behavior

Now the page looks blank as if the text is dark as well as the background. When switching out of dark mode, the background is black and the text is white. If I do a Ctrl+A in dark mode, I can see the text.
