Audio Delay

I used this library for audio buffer but the track doesn't start playing unless more than 22% is buffered first; It doesn't start instantaneously when click play song; Am using media player and API return audio with MP3 formats.

Start by reproducing the delayed start with the media player and an MP3 response, then trace the library's buffering and playback entry point. Done means identifying why playback waits until roughly 22% is buffered and verifying that the track starts promptly when play is clicked.
