Add support for braille cursor routing

MathCAT added a call to allow controlling the navigation position from a refreshable braille display. This needs to be hooked up in the addon.

I noticed some `routeTo` functions, but I'm not clear how they can be hooked up for math. They are associated with `Region` and `ObjectRegion`.
