MathCAT doesn't work with Eloquence voice/CodeFactory addon

If someone has the CodeFactory addon that supports the Eloquence voice, the speech cues are coming through as raw numbers (probably the pause times).

Two options:
1. I can get the addon and hopefully be able to see in the source code what, if anything, they do to support speech cues for the speech engine.
2. I should be able to detect that the Eloquence voice is being used and disable the speech queues by setting the TTS to `none`.
