Display MathCAT version in the NVDA MathCAT preferences dialog

An NVDA user may want to know which version of MathCAT they are using. We can add this information to the preferences dialog thus:

`Version 0.7.2`

Three ways we could do this (at least)!

1. Add a static label below the logo. The user can navigate to it using the object navigation.
2. Add a read only edit box below the logo and place this in the tab order.
3. Add the version to the dialog title.

Is the version string OK? Are there any preferences for the technique? In my development build we have a static label.

Start by locating the NVDA MathCAT preferences dialog and inspect the existing development build, which already uses a static label. Confirm the preferred placement and wording with the issue discussion, then verify that the selected presentation displays the MathCAT version and has the intended navigation behavior.
