[Storybook] Component Views - Drop Down

Instead of hard-coding an id for a component instance, have a drop-down of available addresses to choose from. We still want to support showing the user what errors look like when an id isn't found or it's incorrectly formatted, but we also want to be future proofed when the migration changes out from under us.
