Diffusion service under load

Verify that for long Diffusion calls, a number of Diffusion calls can be made from separate clients and that service degrades appropriately without breaking. Also determine the threshold for service overload and what failure mode the client sees. Verify that the failure is reported gracefully by the Diffusion app.
