Add an option to install website with tabs

Hi,
In Microsoft Edge on Windows, I can install apps with tabs (which is very nice for apps like YouTube for example, in which I may want to open multiple videos at the same time). (it can be turned on in edge://flags/)

Now it works like this:
1. When you click + button, it automatically opens the same website
2. It allows to opens links of the same website on other tabs in the app..
3. Tabs strip is not there if you don't explicitly turn it on

Would this functionality be possible to add?

Das Issue nennt keine Dateien, Tests oder Einstiegspunkte. Identifiziere zunächst, wo die App-Installation und das Tab-Verhalten implementiert sind; dafür wäre eine definierte Option erforderlich, die das beschriebene Verhalten mit mehreren Tabs auf Android reproduziert.
