Factor out all keys used in getting/setting extras

- bonus points for organizing `strings.xml` (any scheme, currently there is none)

Start by locating the Kotlin code that gets or sets extras and identify all keys used there. Review strings.xml for the current organization; done means the keys are factored out consistently and strings.xml is organized under a documented scheme.
